Dr. Gupta is a practicing dermatologist; runs active clinical trials units in London, ON and Miami, FL; and is the director of a basic research laboratory. He is an Assoc. Prof. in the Div. of Dermatology, Dept. of Medicine, at the Univ. of Toronto. Dr. Gupta has over 400 publications, is on 20 journal editorial boards, and reviews for over 25 journals. Dr. Gupta attended medical school at the Univ. of Southampton in the UK. He subsequently did two years of his internal medicine fellowship at the Univ. of Toronto, ON. This was followed by a dermatology fellowship and clinical research fellowship, both at the Univ. of Michigan, Ann Arbor, US. He undertook postgraduate research at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD., US, as well as the Univ. of Göteborg, Sweden, where he obtained a Ph.D. |
