Dr. Tan is board certified in dermatology and internal medicine; and trained at the Universities of Toronto, British Columbia and Michigan. He is a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery; the Canadain Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and Canadian Laser and Aesthetic Society. He has been published in peer-reviewed journals and regularly teaches dermatology and cosmetic procedures to medical students and general physicians in local, national and international meetings. He has been a consultant and advisor to notable companies in the cosmetic industry including L'Oreal, Pierre Fabre, La Roche Posay and Allergan. |
